For a one-time annual fee of $300, members receive up to 20 garment alterations per year with no additional fees — just seamless service, whenever you need it. Whether you’re reviving beloved pieces, refining new additions, or transitioning your closet with the seasons, you’ll have direct access to our atelier with a 1–3 day turnaround.

Atelier Membership Terms & Conditions

1. One-Time Payment & Final Sale
The Atelier Membership is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300. All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that no refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Appointment Scheduling
Once your membership is confirmed, you will be contacted to schedule your initial tailoring appointment. During this session, we will assess the garments you’d like altered and begin services.

3. Ongoing Monthly Appointments
After your first appointment, a recurring monthly appointment will be scheduled for the remainder of your membership year to ensure timely and consistent service. You may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.

4. Service Limits

• Standard Membership includes up to 20 garment alterations per year.
  

5. Non-Renewing Policy
This membership does not auto-renew. At the end of the 12-month period, members will be contacted to discuss renewal options and any program updates.

6. Membership Use & Eligibility
Membership benefits are transferable and can apply only to the registered member's household, such as spouse and children.

7. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days for standard members.

8. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery services are available within our designated DC service area. Additional fees may apply for locations outside of this area.
